The Mobile Apps are a web-based extension of the collectiveFleet, collectiveShop, collectiveUtility , and collectiveConstruction asset management software systems. Users can login to their account from any configured computer or approved mobile device.
Real-time data transfer
The Mobile Apps offer real-time data transfer from the field into the software database, which can be beneficial for organizations with remote workers at multiple locations.
The application options can be configured for individual users as they are needed. The Mobile Apps grant users access to some of the key components of the parent software system: Work Orders, Meter Updates, Parts Inventory, Purchase Order, Inventory Adjust, Maintenance Request, Mobile Motor Pool, Receive Items, and Reports.
