Training is essential to the long-term success of your fleet's use of any fleet management software system. We offer different training methods in order to make sure your staff can use the software to it's fullest potential.

Free Training Webinars

We offer 1 to 2 free, online software training webinars every month to clients on active support contracts. The sessions cover important topics to help you use the system to its fullest potential. To view upcoming webinars or to sign up, login to your account in the Online Support Center.

On-Site Training

This option gives users the opportunity to schedule one-on-one or group training sessions held at their location. This training can incorporate both classroom and real world, practical application sessions.

Collective Data Training Center

Clients are welcome to schedule sessions at our training facility in Cedar Rapids, IA for basic or in-depth training.

Web-Based Training

This option is ideal for companies with one or two end users. The training is done live online and requires access to the internet and a telephone. The participants see, in real-time, the Collective Data fleet maintenance software application on their screen and are able to watch, listen and ask questions as the instructor takes them through the basic functions, advance functions and even power user short cuts. This option normally runs in two-hour sessions.

Clients that have a fully-implemented system can also benefit with this option. Support staff will connect directly to their system and drive the training specific to their data and how they are utilizing the software.

Admin Training for the areas of Report Editor, Security Editor, and Import Editor would be another instance that web-based training could suit the needs of clients.
