How it works

Tags are placed throughout a vehicle where inspections are required. Using the Zonar scanner system, drivers inspect the vehicle and place the reader within a few inches of the tag. They will then select a status for that area. Once the entire vehicle inspection is complete, the driver places the unit in the vehicle mount and the data is transfered into the Collective Data fleet management software system database.

Using the data provided, Collective Data software users have access to all defects and inspection times for the vehicles. Creating maintenance requests from these defects are made easy, and well as updating the vehicles status once it has been repaired and is once again operational. Through a complete list of inspection records you can reduce liability and ensure your fleet is safe and following inspection regulations.
