Collective Data offers the Fuel Card Module and various import scripts to help improve fuel tracking throughout an organization. Basic fuel tracking comes standard in the software, but integrating data from fuel card providers greatly enhances accuracy, speed, and efficiency of getting that information into the system

Fuel Card Module
The Fuel Card Module provides easy management of fuel card and their assignment to vehicles and employee PIN numbers. This can be very important for organization dealing with more than one type of fuel card.
Using this module also establishes an easy connection to build fuel integrations from any number of fuel transaction sources in the future if the company decides to switch to another provider.
Import Script Options
Fuel Import Scripts can be developed on request for organizations that don't have a need to manage multiple fuel cards or assign them to an employee.
Automated
The automated fuel import is a method to assure that clients have up-to-date fuel information in their software at all times. The import script will automatically collect and process transaction data from the fuel provider's site at specified intervals, and insert the data into the Collective Data software database.

Manual
The manual fuel import is a method that gives users the ability to incorporate their fuel transaction data into their fleet operations management system through Collective Data. Data files received from the fuel provider are entered manually using the import script.
