How much does the software cost?

The cost of our solutions depend on the individual needs of the fleet. The number of concurrent users, deployment method, added functionality modules, integrations, hardware devices, and customizations all determine the final pricing, therefore there is no standard cost.

Can I import data from my automated fuel system?

Absolutely! We offer optional automatic and manual integrations for many common fuel providers. We can work with virtually any provider, given they have a way for us to retrieve the transaction data. To learn more about fuel imports, click here.

Is the software web-based?

Collective Data software programs are deployable as what we call a "hybrid" system. The base software is a client/server program, but through a web-based module users are able to view, edit, and report on records from the system. The web-based portion offers access to the most commonly used items through a web browser. These would include: Equipment records, fuel log, inventory adjust, maintenance requests, meter updates, part inventory, purchase orders, receive items, receive one step, work orders, and reports.

A hybrid system from Collective Data offers the best of both worlds, by offering the power, management options, and functionality of a client/server program with the flexibility and simplicity of a web-based browser application.

The software is also deployable through 3rd party hosting, which allow users anywhere in the world to log into the Collective Data system through a Citrix client. For more information about how the software is deployed, click here.

Can the software be modified?

The ability to customize our software to a client's specific needs is what sets us apart from the industry today. With a unique design, our programmers are able to make modifications at a quick pace and at a relatively low cost to you. Changing field labels, adding or removing fields, customizing reports, and adding additional calculations are some common modifications, but it is just a fraction of the customization we can do.

Because of this ability as your fleet grows, your software grows with you. As your needs change, your software can change with you.

Do you offer a software demo?

We do offer a demo version of our software for those that request it. We do however, find that a offering a software demonstration before you begin experimenting with the demo is very beneficial. As with any software, there is a learning curve. Seeing the product demonstrated will help you see the basics, benefits, and how the product will work for your fleet in particular. Upon completion of the product demonstration we highly encourage you to work with the demo version in your work environment to get a feel for how it will work for you.
