Exception Reporting

Exception Reports

Sit back and relax.

Let Collective Data's Exception Reporting Module do the work for you. With this powerful add-on you gain a "hands-off" approach to how information is delivered throughout your organization.

A simple configuration tool gives users the ability to set how, when, and what type of report you want delivered at any time. The options are numerous, and it comes down to what your fleet needs in order to reach its goals of optimum productivity and efficiency.

Features

The ability to deliver reports based off user-configured exceptions is at the heart of the module. The add-on acts as a "watchful eye" over the entire Collective Data system, scanning for data that exceeds the parameters you specify. Some common settings would include:

*Receive fuel efficiency reports only when fuel consumption exceeds a certain variance.

*Receive automatic emailed reports for upcoming warranties that are about to expire.
(Perfect for getting your vehicle in for a last minute inspection and take care of issues through warranty.)

*Receive a report containing employee licenses, certifications, equipment registrations, or any other item      when it becomes due.

*Much more.

With exception-based reporting you can catch inefficiencies early and spend less time running reports to find those issues.

Automatic Report Delivery Options

The Exception Reporting Module also allows an organization to automatically email any report at a specific time. Image coming into work on Friday morning, enjoying a cup of coffee, and having your fuel usage report or virtually any other report waiting in your inbox. There's no longer a need to waste time running common reports when this powerful module can do it for you. Here are some other common uses for this feature:

*Receive daily reports of parts that require ordering within your warehouses.

*Automatically send a monthly expense summary to supervisors.

*Run and send any report to anyone at the organization daily, weekly, monthly, ect.

*Much more. The options are numerous.

Data Delivery Types

Reports generated through Exception Reporting do not have to sent through an email. Reports can also be automatically saved to a local directory or network resource via .pdf or .csv. This option maximizes the flow of information out of the Collective Data system.

*Continuously update a report that all personnel are able to view through a network resource.
     (Example: Upcoming Warranty Expiration Report).

*Automatically update a file that is utilized by a 3rd part program for imports.

*Save a report to your desktop and update it automatically on a daily basis.

*Much more.
