Collective Data is seeking a seasoned Account Manager....

to support continuing business expansion. Our Account Managers are responsible for working with our sales and operations teams to develop business and deliver solutions in an efficient and effective manner that facilitate a satisfied and growing client base.

Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and will have responsibility for the account management function in two territories. The candidate will work and share goals within a two-person sales team. They include:

  • Assisting two Regional Sales Managers with the logistical requirements necessary to convert prospects into customers
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for all customer needs that support our sales process and strengthen customer relationships ( Service/support requirements, Project management, Service renewal, Upselling of additional products and services)
  • Collaborate with team members prepare accurate order specifications and resulting quotations (Prepare quotes and/or responses to RFP's, Insure accurate data entry in CRM system of all pertinent customer data, Work cooperatively/collaboratively with sales and client services team members to attain the team goals and objectives)
  • Assist in the establishment of team sales forecasts on an annual basis
  • Provide input to product and service improvements as identified from customer contact

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Three or more years of proven account management / customer service experience in the software or technology industry
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task, determine priority of multiple projects, and maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations
  • Paid holidays and vacation
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
